By using any Avid product, you agree not to hold us responsible for any errors, data loss, or other issues. We do our best to make Avid reliable and accurate. If your work is negatively impacted by your use of Avid, we claim no responsibility and encourage best practices in data replication and operational prudence.

We make extensive efforts to make the application reliable and the information it houses secure, but you agree not to hold Avid responsible for any data loss or degradation of business performance caused by any sort of outage, application error, or destruction of data.


Avid is not in the business of collecting customer/user information and benefitting from it. We do everything we can to avoid collecting and using your data.

All application data is stored on Apple's iCloud service (known to developers as CloudKit). Your devices will have a local copy of that data, but we do not store any of your information on our servers.

If you wish to request any data collected from you, you will need to contact Apple for application data or Stripe for payment data.
